What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept cash, all major credit cards and business checks. No personal checks can be accepted.
Is the admission fee required and what does it include?
Yes, the admission fee is required per person. The admission fee includes the All-you-can-eat buffet and unlimited soft drinks, the Pirates of the Caribbean Jungle Gym and Bounce House. Pricing can be found at the pricing page.
Can I bring outside food into the store?
No, outside food is not allowed into Xscape. Please contact a manager with questions or concerns.
What food is included in the buffet?
The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a variety of gourmet pizzas, build your own pasta with bread sticks, full salad bar, desserts and signature items that will rotate weekly. Please call to check the daily menu. The buffet includes 12 different soft drinks, tea and water. A complete list can be found on the food page.
Can I come in to just play or do I have to pay for the buffet?

How do I apply for a job and is Xscape accepting applications?
Xscape is always accepting applications and looking for great talent! To apply, come by in person and fill out an application and leave for a manager to review OR email your resume to info@thexscape.com. Please no phone calls regarding applications or resumes.
Do you have closed caption for the dining room televisions?
Absolutely, just ask a manager or supervisor and we will assist you with this!
How can I start receiving coupons, promotion material and upcoming event information for Xscape?

Do you have special week day or weekend promotions or specials?

What types of security measures are taken at Xscape?
We thrive in keeping our guests and children happy and safe. To ensure this, we do have floor managers and supervisors ready to assist you. We also have security present at all times. Safety is a #1 priority and we have been successful in implementing such practices.

How much are the arcade games and attractions?
Arcade games range from $.25-$2.00; on average games will be between $.50-$.75. For a list of games visit the games page. Attractions range between $3 -$5. Pricing and more information on attractions can be found on the attractions page.
How do the game cards work at Xscape?
Upon entering Xscape, you will be offered a free, blank game card. You may then any dollar increment to your card that you wish. All games and attractions have a card swiper and upon swiping your card, the game will be activated. Some attractions will have attendants at them and will assist you in taking part in that attraction.
What happens when I win tickets on the redemption games?
Xscape does not use any paper tickets. When tickets are won on the arcade games, they are electronically loaded onto your card.
Can I add more money to my existing game card at any time?
Yes! You may go to one of our entrances and the cashier will be glad to assist you. There are also 2 self service kiosks where you can use cash or credit to add more money. For your convenience, there is a kiosk located in the main arcade area and the other, directly next to the Baja Buggy ride.
Can you check the balance on my Game Card?
Absolutely! Game Card balances can be checked at any Kiosk or a cashier will be happy to assist you at one of the cashier stations. We can also check card balances over the phone, just have your card number ready and we will take care of you!
What happens if lose my game card?
We suggest that upon arrival you register your game card at the self-service kiosk. This way, if you are to lose your card we can cancel the lost card and reissue you a new card with the same money and ticket balance. Unfortunately, lost cards that are not registered can not be replaced.
What are the benefits of registering my game card?
If the card is lost or stolen we can look your card up and reissue your game card with the exact money and ticket balance. Having a registered card also entitles you to receive bonus games, attractions and prizes.
What happens if I have money left on my game card that at the end of my visit?
Game cards are non-refundable, however they do not expire. Feel free to keep your card and use your balance on your next visit.
Can prizes at the "Fun Stuff" redemption counter be purchased with cash?
Our "Fun Stuff" prizes can only accept tickets as form of payment.
Are there height or age requirements on any attractions?
Yes, for the safety of our guests and children, we do have some height and age requirements on selected attractions. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter! See below:
- Tea Cup Ride – 36inches
- Baja Buggy Ride – 36inches
- Bumper Cars – 44inches
- Frog Hopper – 44inches
- Go-Karts – Single car drivers must be 14 years of age and 54inches; Double cars required the passenger to be 36 inches and the driver to be 16 years of age.

What are the packages offered for parties?
We have wonderful birthday packages for all ages! Our packages can be found on the party page. To have a birthday representative contact you, please visit our party page or call our Birthday Sales team at x106. We look forward to speaking with you!
How much notice do you need to book a birthday party?
To receive all the wonderful perks that are offered with the party package, we do ask that you book 72 hours prior to your event. If you are with in the 72 hours, do not worry... call us and we will do the best we can to get our party booked!
Can I bring in my own birthday/or other cake?
Our party package come complete with a Great American Cookies cake or for a small price we can upgrade to a Maggie Moo ice cream cake, but you are welcome to also bring your own. Please note that Xscape can not store any frozen items (ie: ice cream, cake, etc) in our refrigerators or freezer. For your convenience we do offer soft serve ice cream on the buffet!
Is there a minimum number of guests for a party package?
Yes, minimum of 10. Parties of less than 10 are allowed; however party prices remain the same.
Do you have a discounted admission price for the additional adults that are attending the party?
Every birthday package includes 2 free adults. We also want the parents of the children attending to enjoy their time at Xscape, therefore we will honor a discounted admission price of $4.99 plus tax, including the all-you-can-eat buffet and drinks.
Is there a deposit required to book my party?
Yes, to secure and ensure your party is the best possible, we do require a $100 deposit. This deposit is applied to your overall cost. This deposit is refundable up to 72 hours prior to your party. In the event that you do cancel your party, we will refund your deposit in the form of gift cards, minus a $25 cake fee. Deposits can be paid over the phone or in person at Xscape.

Do you offer group discounts?
How many people are required?
Yes! We have many different options for group rates. We do require that you have a minimum of 10 people to use a group discount. All of our group rates can be found at the group page, but group packages are not limited to those shown. Please fill out the contact form at the group sales page or call x107 for more information
Are reservations required for group outings?
We highly suggest contacting our Group Sales Manger at marketing@thexscape.com or x107prior to your event. This will ensure that we are fully prepared and ready to make your outing a success. However, reservations are not required and walk-in groups are welcome.
Can group rates be used on Saturdays and Sundays?

Do you require a deposit for group reservations?
Not all group reservations require a deposit. However, to secure and ensure your reservation an agreement must be signed and sent back 72 hours prior to your event, securing your minimum headcount. Please contact our Group Sales Manger at marketing@thexscape.com or x107 with questions.
What if I don't see a package that fits my needs?
Please let us know! We will be as accommodating as possible as we would love to host your next event. Custom packages can be built to fit your groups' needs. Please contact our Group Sales Manger at marketing@thexscape.com or x107 with questions.
Can my group pay as individuals or do you require one form of payment?
